Blue Valentine Just before arriving in MIXXTOPIA, NMIXX enters the Blue Valentine Stage. The six girls then discover that this adventure is actually the Nth one, and that they have failed every time at the Blue Valentine Stage. In the MMU, opinions are divided—should they risk everything and see the adventure through to the end, or should they turn back? As their emotions overheat, their individual IMPETUS—the fuel of MMU—clashes and sparks in every direction. In the end, the engine explodes. The girls come face-to-face with “the ambivalence feature of love, the inevitable conflicts between people who love each other.” Because they love, they end up hurting one another; and because they love, they themselves are hurt, over and over again.
